Thank you for finding this website and looking at the details of my apartment. It is available to rent! Hopefully I have given you enough information about the apartment and the surrounding areas to help you make an informed choice on whether to book or not.
I have included quite a few photographs over a number of pages, so you can either get to the main headings above or use the contents list on the right hand side of this page, I have included the outside areas of the apartment and the facilities and something that may be of interest to some which is the construction photos taken since 2005.
I am still in the process of populating information in this site so if you need any information please do not hesitate to call me on 07957 870095 for more information.

We have just had a fabulous two weeks holiday at this apartment with our two children (aged 14 and 11). It is very spacious and well laid out, and has two bathrooms, which was really useful. Outside is a lovely large pool, and the supermarket, and on site bars are close by.
It was a good base to explore Northern Cyprus from, and close by Esenteppe has some lovely restaurants. A car is necessary to get out and about. We would definately recommend this apartment.

We went to the apartment in June.
There were 2 of us. The apartment is very nice. As you go through the door into the property, going down the hall takes you to the kitchen area. This has a large table with six comfortable dining chairs, a large fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a toaster and a kettle. There are all the utensils you could need in the drawers and the cupboards.
The other part of this room has a large settee which can be made into a bed. The whole apartment is light and airy and has a very relaxing atmosphere and very nicely furnished.
The bedrooms, one with twin beds and the main bedroom with a double bed are off a separate corridor.
We had breakfast in the apartment and several times we had lunch there too. We used the toaster most days. We always take teabags, as apparently do 47% of the British population in our case Tetley, the onsite shop had a good supply of these! It would have been possible to have cooked main meals, as the shop had everything that was needed, but we were far too lazy to do so.
There is a red book in the apartment for people to note their experiences down in. One of the previous clients had filled in details of several local restaurants. I didn’t feel I could improve on the descriptions. This information was extremely useful, as we ate out very night. One place served curries (and they were lovely!) and we went more than once. The people were very friendly, wherever we went, both the locals and the expats.
The apartment overlooks the lovely big main swimming pool. There is also a smaller shallower pool used mostly by children. The smaller pool area is surrounded by a sitting area with sun beds, the covers were replaced by bright yellow ones, when we were there.
It was very useful to have the use of the washing machine. When we go away I tend to wash things by hand and it was so lovely not having to do that, or hunt for a laundrette!
There were plenty of towels for the two of us, and more than adequate for a family.
Another aspect that was useful is a supply of reading material. There was also a television but we tend not to watch TV on holiday.
There are plenty of facilities on the complex, epically for children, with a playground and also tennis courts. A hire car is helpful to visit such places as Kyrenia as we know it, locally called Girne, with its castle and a lovely harbour. The oldest city in Cyprus now a ruin, Salamis, which was Roman, is situated in the northern part of Cyprus and is very interesting.
I would recommend the apartment and the complex for a relaxing holiday.
